Little Go 2.0.1

Little Go is a free and open source iOS application that allows users to play the game of Go on their iPhone or iPad. It offers both single player and multiplayer options, allowing users to play against another human on the same device or against the computer. The computer player is powered by the open source software library called Fuego.

The minimum requirement for running this version of Little Go is iOS 9.0.

Features:

• Choose board sizes between 7x7 and 19x19
• Get move suggestions from the computer player or let it make the move for you
• Calculate the score at any time during the game using either area scoring or territory scoring
• Adjust the computer's playing strength and resign behavior with presets or advanced settings
• Play even games or games with 2-9 handicap stones
• Select from pre-defined rulesets or adjust game rules to your preference
• Set up an initial board with arbitrary black and white stones
• View board positions for previous moves during the game
• Discard moves with the undo feature
• Display move numbers and coordinate labels
• Zoom and scroll the board for better visibility
• Create and edit annotations and add textual notes to positions on the board
• Mark intersections with symbols, markers, labels, and draw arrows or lines
• View player influence statistics for estimating ownership of an area
• Sit back and watch computer vs. computer games for entertainment
• Save and load games to/from the archive
• Transfer saved games to/from your iOS device using iTunes file sharing
• Import/export game files from/to other apps on your device
• In-app user manual for easy access to instructions
• Report bugs directly from within the app
• Observe the Go Text Protocol (GTP) communication between Little Go and Fuego
